An SIR Epidemic Model with Immigration and Specific Nonlinear Incidence Rate

Abstract

: In this paper we study an epidemic model with immigration and a specific nonlinear incidence rate. Which describes the psychological effect of certain serious disease on the community when the number of infective is getting larger? Existence and stability of the disease free and endemic equilibrium are considered. the details are supplemented by numerical results given in annexure.
