A Literature Survey on Human Identification by Gait

Abstract

Human identification by gait generally can be done in two ways: model based approach and model free approach. It is a distance based behavioral approach. It is a new area of research to identify biometric information like gender, age, ethnicity and identity. In recent day most of the research is going on in this field. This paper will give a general review and a through survey of gait analysis to identify the biometric information of human being.
